We call this the “Discipleship Pathway.” We recognize that everyone’s spiritual journey is different and may not follow this specific path.

Foundations
Foundations is a prerequisite for becoming a New Member at Springfield First.

Foundations is a three-week journey designed to help you as you build your life on Jesus Christ with the people of Springfield First. Using our six Core Values – Biblical Truth, Mindful Prayer, Purposeful Hospitality, Inspirational Worship, Joyful Generosity, and Missional Lifestyle – we will explore the beliefs, practices, and mission that shape who we are and how we follow Christ together. Whether you are exploring faith, new to our church, or ready to deepen your commitment by becoming a member, Foundations will equip and encourage you to take meaningful next steps in your walk with Christ.

Continued Growth in Christ
The Christian faith is a journey of true life change in Christ. When we grow in our faith, we relinquish more of our lives to the transforming work of God. This journey includes ongoing study of the scriptures and spiritual disciplines. Every year we offer practical and tangible ways to grow in faith.
