Before the end-of-school craziness hits, join us for a moment of fun, peace and calm as art therapist Janet Sgro leads us through simple art exercises to help calm and restore emotional balance within our bodies. This is not a counseling session! No words or art talent required! The art exercises are simply a way for the body to process and release stress and emotions that words cannot. All necessary supplies will be provided.

Art therapy starts at 6:30pm, and registration is required. Students are also invited to join us at 6pm for a simple dinner before Art Therapy.
