Join Our Growing Program as a Student Life Director

Springfield First is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Family Life leadership team as the Student Life Director.

About the Role
As a Student Life Director, you will work closely with the Associate Pastor and an existing team of dedicated parent volunteers to provide spiritual leadership, organization, and creative support for students in grades 6 through 12. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading events, fostering meaningful relationships with students and their families, and helping to cultivate a vibrant and welcoming community.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for building relationships with students and their families

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in ministry, teaching, or a related field

  • Alignment Springfield First values of Purposeful Hospitality, Missional Lifestyle, Inspirational Worship, Joyful Generosity, Mindful Prayer, and Biblical Truth

  • Previous experience working with youth, either as a Church staff member or volunteer is desired.
