who we are

At StudentLife of Springfield First, our mission is to help build students into disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Through programming based on worship, discipleship, service, and outreach, we strive to help develop these students into young men and women of strong character and faith!

StudentLife is open to any and all students grades 6th through 12th!

FUSION is our large group worship and discipleship experience for students 6th to 12th grade!

A typical night at Fusion includes a great meal, powerful student-led worship, a teaching designed to help students critically engage with faith in Jesus Christ, and small group discussion times. It's the cornerstone of StudentLife, and we would love to have you join us!

FUSION Schedule:

4:00 - 5:00 PM: OneVoice Youth Choir (grades 7th - 12th)

5:00 - 6:00 PM: FUSION:Middle (grades 6th - 8th) & High School Small Groups (grades 9th - 12th)

Beach week

What a week!

We had such a God-filled time during our first "Beach Week"!

Check out this highlight video to see what Beach Week is all about, and if this is something you wanna be apart of next year!

sunday classes

Our morning classes are a great chance for our StudentLife teens to connect with other teens and learn more about Christ and their walk with Him!

Each class meets at 9:00-10:00am.

Senior High - Room 8

Junior High - Room 7

Parents/Guardians - Room 4

"We all can't do everything... but we can each do OneThing!"

Our OneThing events are an opportunity for all of our StudentLife teens to serve our community! Each month we gather together at Springfield First and go out into the community to serve in His name!

NEW THIS YEAR - Destination: Unknown

Each of our service projects will be revealed on the day we serve, not before! This way each of our students will have the opportunity to do something they may have thought "wasn't their thing"!

Confirmation is the time when a young person makes a commitment to God, reaffirms his or her baptismal vows, and is received as a full member of Springfield First

There will be a
13-week class in preparation for this important event. Throughout the course, students will learn about the meaning of the Christian faith, the history of the United Methodist Church, and the significance of baptismal and membership vows.

Confirmation is open to students 8th grade and up!
